Dear mother of Susan Wood (Bill) of Ennismore, Pat Walsh (Jackie) of Hastings, Kathryn Braun (Tim) of St. Catharines, John (Nancy) of Hastings, Paul (Paula) of Westwood and Dennis of San Jose, California. Grandmother of Megan and Kevin; Mike, Christa, Kathleen; Patrick (Mary); Mary (Jamie); Ellie. Great-grandmother of Owen. Sister of Betty Burgess, the late Jim Collins, Tom Collins (Betty), Kenneth Collins, Kathleen Allen (Bob), Eileen Chesson (Ralph), Patricia Haig (Harold), Leo Collins, John Collins (June), Theo Collins (Carm), Mary Collins and Estelle Shaughnessy. Sister-in-law of Justin Shaughnessy. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Hastings, on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 11:00 am, Father Joseph Devereaux officiating. A reception will take place at the Hastings Civic Centre following the Mass. Burial will take place in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
