Outwater, Ray Cecil (Jan 9, 1921 – May 9, 2017) — Peacefully at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in his 97th year, with his family at his side. Beloved Husband of Peggy (deceased). Lovingly remembered by his family; Jan (Ron); Nancy (Terry), Rob (Nancy). Predeceased by daughters Mary Ann and Sally. Ray is survived by his sister Evelyne of Smith Falls. Papa Ray will be greatly missed by his numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also loved and remembered by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Visitation will be held at BRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, HAVELOCK on Monday, May 15th from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. A celebration of Ray’s life will be held at HAVELOCK UNITED CHURCH on Tuesday, May 16th at 11:00 AM. Interment at Maple Grove Cemetery to follow. Donations in lieu of flowers (at Ray’s request) can be made to his favorite organizations/charities: Five Counties Childrens Center; Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation or Havelock United Church.
