SMITH, VERA — At Pleasant Meadow Manor, Norwood on Thursday February 22, 2018, Vera Smith (nee Green) formerly of Havelock, in her 84th year. Wife of the late Floyd Smith (2010) and formerly Taze Maddison. Dear mother of Cathy Webb (Randy) of Norwood, Jamie Maddison (Sherri) of Peterborough, David Maddison (Johanne) of Trent River, and step mom of Doug, Wes, Kathy & Linda. ‘Gram’ will be sadly missed by Brandon (Shannon), Kayla (Tyler), Taylor (Alex), Jacob, Joe, Shane (Jess), Julie (James), Candice (predeceased) and her 13 great grandchildren. Sister of Barbara Watson, Sandra Warburton (Bill) and Bert Green (Susan). Survived by many nieces & nephews. A celebration of Vera’s life will take place at the NORWOOD LEGION, Saturday March 31, 2018 from 1:00 - 3:00pm. Interment at a later date at Centre Cemetery.
