HARPER, Velma Marie – Passed away peacefully at Warkworth Community Nursing Home on March 21, 2018 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of her late husband Elmer. Dear mother of Jean (Roy) of Peterborough, Graeme (Diana) of Cobourg, Alan (Carolynn) of Lindsay, and Warren (Carol) of Belleville. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kevin, Venessa, Robbie, Mikeal, Jonathon, Christopher, and many great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by her brother Carman, sister-in-law Ilene Down (Clifford predeceased), and brother-in-law Clare Harper. Also predeceased by her sister Elda, brother Aubrey and sister-in-law Addie.
