Obituary for Phyllis D. Janos

JANOS, Phyllis Delaine (Montgomery) – of New York, formerly of Hastings, ON, in her 78th year, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2015, with her loving husband of 50 years, Wilbert J. Janos at her side. Predeceased by parents James Montgomery and Mabel Blackbourn Montgomery and brothers Douglas and David. Beloved sister of Ken (late Sarah), Forrest (Marg) of Hastings, and Deborah Homewood (Cliff) of Richmond Hill. Sister-in-law of Joan Montgomery of Norwood and Marie Montgomery of Peterborough. Sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Special friends of Bob and Robin Antonelli of Florida. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment at a later date at Trent Valley Cemetery in Hastings, Ontario. Online condolences at www.brettfuneralchapels.com.
