I grew up with David on Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario. His mother and my mother were best of friends. Dave’s father taught me how to swim in Chippewa Creek. When I joined Toronto Police Service, David and Pearl were one of the first couples Kathie and I met. They made us feel welcomed and part of the Toronto family. My thoughts and prayers are with you Pearl and Carolynne. And to Rick and Dorothy Ann (Pumpkin), I will always cherish our friendship and will miss David dearly. God bless you all.
